Pete Evans and Manu Feildel join us in May off the back of their very successful television series “My Kitchen Rules.” Originally these two great chefs came together at The Pantry’s sister restaurants in Sydney, Hugo’s Bondi and Hugo’s Lounge. Manu, a Frenchman, has travelled the world honing his craft that led him to become head chef of the very famous Sydney restaurant Bilson’s. This was not enough for Manu who recently opened Manu at L'Etoile, in Paddington NSW’s pretty Five Ways offering quintessential French bistro style fare. Pete Evans a Pantry director residing in Sydney oversees Hugo’s vast food operations. The glare of television lights has become a staple for these two talented chefs including- Master Chef, Ready Steady Cook, Lifestyle Channel, Fresh TV, countless celebrity appearances and Channel 7’s My Kitchen Rules.
